SHIPPING POLICY
The Folk Shop uses priority USPS shipping in with appropriate padding for each individual art piece. Insulation materials are used when necessary. Shipping rates based on size, shape and insulation requirements are applied to all purchases to cover the costs of the priority shipping, the special packaging, and the icepack, in order to deliver a top-quality package to you!
Want to avoid shipping costs? Simply choose the pick-up at store option at check out!
Store hours are MWF from 5:30pm to 8pm.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The Folk shop accepts returns of unopened and unused items for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase. If you are unhappy with your product(s), please contact us at thefolkshopcv@gmail.com and together we will find a suitable return or exchange!
